Frequently Asked Questions

Can I use frozen carrots instead of fresh?

Yes, frozen carrots can be used, but be sure to thaw and drain them before frying to avoid excess moisture. You may need to adjust cooking times as they may become tender faster than fresh carrots.

What can I do if the carrots are still hard after cooking?

If the carrots are still hard after the suggested cooking time, simply add a bit more water and continue cooking until they reach the desired tenderness. Stir occasionally to ensure even cooking.

Can I make this dish ahead of time?

Absolutely! You can prepare the dish ahead of time and store it in the refrigerator. Just reheat it on the stove or in the microwave before serving, adding a splash of water if needed to keep them moist.
