Ingredients

  • pork chitlins, boiled
  • 1 c. self-rising flour
  • 1 tsp. black pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. oil or vegetable cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Coat the boiled pork chitlins in the self-rising flour and black pepper mixture.
  2. Place the coated chitlins in a skillet coated with oil or vegetable cooking spray over medium heat.
  3. Cook the chitlins slowly, about 10 minutes on each side, until crispy and brown all over.
  4. Drain on paper towels before serving.
