Ingredients

  • 3 sheets matzoh
  • oil for frying
  • 3 eggs
  • water
  • salt

Instructions

  1. Break the matzoh sheets into smaller pieces if desired.
  2. In a bowl, beat the eggs with a splash of water, salt, and pepper.
  3. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  4. Dip the matzoh pieces into the egg mixture, coating well.
  5. Fry the coated matzoh in the hot oil until golden brown and crispy, about 2-3 minutes per side.
  6. Remove from oil and drain on paper towels before serving.
