Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 c. bread crumbs
  • 1/2 c. onion, chopped
  • 1/2 c. tomato sauce
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. black pepper

Instructions

  1. Mix ground beef, bread crumbs, chopped onion, tomato sauce, salt, and black pepper together.
  2. Form the mixture into 2-inch thick patties.
  3. Cook the patties without oil for ten minutes on each side.
  4. Add tomatoes, lettuce, and pickles to the cooked patties.
  5. Place the assembled patties into hamburger buns and serve.
