Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 large onion
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 2 Tbsp. chili powder
  • 2 c. water
  • 1 can tomatoes
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 1 can Ranch Style beans
  • 1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
  • 1 can whole kernel corn

Instructions

  1. Chop the onion and cook it with the ground beef; drain excess fat.
  2. Add the remaining ingredients to the pot.
  3. Simmer the mixture for 1 hour.
  4. Serve hot, preferably with cornbread.
