Ingredients

  • 1 lb. linguini
  • 2 to 3 cloves minced garlic
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1/2 cup white dry wine
  • 1 tablespoon black pepper
  • several shakes parsley

Instructions

  1. Thoroughly boil linguini until al dente.
  2. Drain water and rinse with cold water.
  3. In a large frying pan, heat olive oil and sauté minced garlic, black pepper, and parsley.
  4. Add white dry wine and simmer for 5 minutes.
  5. Add cooked linguini and stir constantly for 10 to 15 minutes before serving.
