Ingredients

  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup corn meal
  • plenty of garlic salt
  • fresh shrimp

Instructions

  2. Place cleaned shrimp, split up the back and deveined, in the mixture.
  3. Remove shrimp one at a time, roll in flour, and drop in hot cooking oil.
  4. Cook until light brown.
