Ingredients

  • 1 lb. lean ground beef
  • 2/3 c. milk
  • 1/2 c. flour
  • 1 egg
  • 1 medium onion, grated
  • 1 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 1/4 c. margarine

Instructions

  1. In bowl, combine all ingredients, except margarine, stirring well until light, airy and smooth.
