Frog Eyes are fun, bite-sized appetizers featuring creamy spread and crunchy dill pickles, perfect for parties or casual gatherings with a delightful combination of tangy and savory flavors.

Ingredients

  • 1 loaf Roman Meal bread or wheat bread
  • 8 oz. softened cream cheese
  • 1 jar baby dill pickles
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Instructions

  1. Mix softened cream cheese and Worcestershire sauce until well combined.
  2. Spread the cream cheese mixture over slices of bread.
  3. Cut off the crusts from the bread slices.
  4. Place a pickle in the center of each bread slice and roll it up.
  5. Chill the rolled frogs' eyes in the refrigerator.
  6. Slice and serve chilled.
