Ingredients

  • 4 tsp. instant coffee
  • 2 c. hot water
  • 1 pt. vanilla ice cream
  • 1 c. finely crushed ice
  • 1 c. heavy cream
  • 1 Tbsp. instant coffee
  • 2 Tbsp. honey

Instructions

  1. Dissolve instant coffee in hot water and pour over vanilla ice cream in a large punch bowl.
  2. Add finely crushed ice and rum flavoring.
  3. Combine heavy cream, 1 tablespoon instant coffee, and honey; whip to soft peaks.
  4. Fold half of the whipped cream mixture into the punch.
  5. Top with the remaining whipped cream mixture before serving.
