"Frosted" Jello

- Prepare the sugar-free jello according to the package directions and let it semi-set.
- Squeeze and drain the crushed pineapple, reserving the juice.
- Mix the drained pineapple into the semi-set jello and refrigerate until fully set.
- Melt the margarine over medium heat in a sauté pan.
- Whisk in the flour until a crumbly mixture forms.
- Add 1/2 cup of the reserved pineapple juice and whisk until the mixture reaches a gravy-like consistency.
- Let the gravy cool completely.
- Fold in the Cool Whip into the cooled gravy.
