Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. lime jello
  • 1 c. boiling water
  • 1 can crushed pineapple
  • 1 c. cottage cheese
  • 1/2 c. chopped celery
  • 1/2 c. chopped nuts

Instructions

  1. Dissolve the lime jello in 1 cup of boiling water.
  2. Add the crushed pineapple and stir well.
  3. Mix in the cottage cheese and chopped celery if using.
  4. Stir in the chopped nuts.
  5. Pour the mixture into a mold or dish and chill until set.
