- Drain pineapple, reserving the juice.
- Dissolve the raspberry gelatin in boiling water.
- Whip the softened cream cheese and mayonnaise until fluffy.
- Slowly blend in the cranberry sauce, gelatin mixture, and wine.
- Stir in the crushed pineapple and chill until the mixture begins to set.
- Fold in the whipped cream.
- Sprinkle the reserved pineapple juice over the cored and chopped apple and bananas, then fold into the gelatin mixture.
