Ingredients

  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 1 cup unsweetened applesauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 to 2 tablespoons maple syrup or honey

Instructions

  1. Mix yogurt, cinnamon, and honey in a blender.
  2. Stir in applesauce.
  3. Pour into individual containers.
  4. Freeze at least 3 to 4 hours.
