Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. corn muffin mix
  • 8 oz. can whole kernel corn
  • 8 oz. can cream style corn
  • 8 oz. sour cream
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 stick oleo

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Mix the corn muffin mix, whole kernel corn, cream-style corn, sour cream, eggs, and oleo until well combined.
  3. Pour the batter into a greased baking dish.
  4. Bake for 35 minutes.
  5. Remove from oven and grate Velveeta cheese on top.
  6. Bake for an additional 10 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
