Frozen Berry Fluff is a light, fluffy dessert layered with fresh berries and a crisp graham cracker crust, perfect for summer gatherings or a sweet, cool treat.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups crisp graham cracker crumbs
  • 5 tablespoons butter
  • 2 egg whites
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 2 cups fresh berries

Instructions

  1. Mix cracker crumbs and melted butter.
  2. Press into the bottom of a buttered 9 x 13-inch pan.
  3. Bake at 350°F for 8 minutes; let cool.
  4. Beat egg whites and vanilla slightly in a large bowl.
  5. Gradually beat in sugar and fold in berries.
  6. Beat at high speed for 12 to 15 minutes until fluffy.
  7. Fold in whipped cream and spread over the cooled crust.
  8. Freeze overnight before serving.
