Ingredients

  • chocolate cookie crumbs

  • cream cheese
  • condensed milk
  • chocolate syrup
  • whipping cream

Instructions

  1. Combine chocolate cookie crumbs and melted butter, then press mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch spring-form pan to form a crust.
  2. Beat cream cheese until smooth in a mixing bowl.
  3. Add condensed milk and chocolate syrup to the cream cheese and mix well.
  4. Fold in whipped cream gently until fully incorporated.
  5. Pour the mixture into the prepared crust in the spring-form pan.
  6. Freeze the cheesecake for at least 5 hours or overnight until set.
  7. Garnish with extra whipped cream or grated chocolate before serving.
  8. Store any remaining cheesecake in the freezer.
