Ingredients

  • 2 packages frozen coconut
  • 1 cup Cool Whip
  • 1 box yellow cake mix
  • 1 1/2 cups milk

Instructions

  1. Cook 1 package of coconut in the cake mix.
  2. Mix 1 1/2 cups of milk with sugar and bring to a boil.
  3. Pour the coconut mixture over the cake.
  4. Let the cake cool completely.
  5. Spread Cool Whip over the cooled cake.
  6. Sprinkle with remaining coconut.
