Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups uncooked rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup oleo, melted
  • 1 cup Dream Whip
  • 1/2 cup crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1/2 cup coconut flakes

Instructions

  1. Mix together rolled oats, brown sugar, and melted oleo (or butter).
  2. Spread the mixture in a 9 x 13-inch baking pan and bake at 350°F for 10 minutes.
  3. Remove from oven and cool.
  4. Stir to separate the mixture, making it crumbly.
  5. Lightly stir rolled oats, crumble mixture, drained crushed pineapple, and coconut flakes into Dream Whip.
  6. Pack lightly into an oiled 8-inch square pan.
  7. Cut into squares and freeze.
