Frozen Kahlua Torte

A rich, creamy frozen dessert with Kahlua and chocolate cookie layers, perfect for adults who enjoy coffee-flavored treats and indulgent, boozy desserts.

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup Kahlua
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 largest size Cool Whip

Instructions

  1. Spray a spring-form pan with Pam or very lightly wipe with cooking oil.
  2. In a bowl, mix together the Kahlua, milk, and vanilla.
  3. Mix 1/4 cup of the Kahlua mixture into the Cool Whip.
  4. Divide chocolate chip cookies into thirds.
  5. Dip one cookie at a time quickly into the Kahlua mixture and layer at the bottom of the pan.
  6. Divide the Cool Whip into thirds and spread one-third over the first layer of cookies.
  7. Repeat the layering process with dipped cookies and Cool Whip, ending with Cool Whip on top.
  8. Freeze until firm.
