Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp butter
  • 16 graham crackers, crushed
  • 1 (21 oz) can lemon pie filling
  • 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup lemon juice
  • 1 1/2 cups whipped topping

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, melt the butter.
  2. Stir in the crushed graham crackers.
  3. Reserve 1 tablespoon of the crumb mixture for garnish.
  4. Press the remaining mixture into the bottom of a buttered 8 x 8-inch baking pan and set aside.
