Ingredients

  • Club crackers
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup oleo
  • 2/3 cup peanut butter
  • 1 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Grease a 9x13-inch pan.
  2. Layer the bottom of the pan with Club crackers.
  3. In a saucepan, combine the brown sugar, granulated sugar, milk, and oleo.
  4. Bring mixture to a boil, stirring constantly, and cook for about 2-3 minutes.
  5. Remove from heat and stir in peanut butter until smooth.
  6. Pour the caramel mixture over the crackers in the pan, spreading evenly.
  7. Sprinkle chocolate chips on top, allowing them to melt.
  8. Once melted, spread the chocolate evenly over the caramel layer.
  9. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours until firm.
  10. Cut into bars and serve.
