Ingredients

  • 1 large box orange jello
  • 2 c. hot water
  • 1 (8 oz.) Philadelphia cream cheese
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 (6 oz.) can frozen undiluted orange juice
  • 1 can crushed pineapple
  • 1/2 c. chopped nuts

Instructions

  1. Put the orange jello in a bowl.
  2. Add 1 cup of hot water and sugar, then stir until dissolved.
  3. Add the frozen orange juice and crushed pineapple.
  4. In another bowl, place the cream cheese.
  5. Add the remaining cup of hot water gradually to the cream cheese, stirring until smooth.
  6. Mix the cream cheese mixture with the jello mixture.
  7. Pour into an 8 or 9-inch square dish and refrigerate until set.
  8. Once set, sprinkle with chopped nuts before serving.
