Ingredients

  • 2 pkg lime jello
  • 2 c boiling water
  • 1 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 1 large can crushed pineapple
  • 1/2 c pecans

Instructions

  1. Dissolve the lime jello in boiling water in a large bowl.
  2. Add the cream cheese and whip with a mixer until smooth and well combined.
  3. Add the crushed pineapple, lemon juice, salt, and pecans to the mixture.
  4. Pour the mixture into a mold and chill until firm.
  5. Serve on lettuce with mayonnaise or plain.
