Ingredients

  • 20 oz. package frozen peas
  • 1/4 to 1/2 cup American cheese, cubed
  • 6 to 8 green onions, chopped
  • 3 heaping Tbsp. mayonnaise
  • 6 hard-boiled eggs
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl.
  2. Refrigerate overnight to allow flavors to meld.
  3. Next day, stir the salad and add more mayonnaise if necessary before serving.
