Ingredients

  • 1/2 bag frozen crispy potato crowns
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 package chopped broccoli
  • 1 small can Durkee onion rings
  • 1 can celery soup
  • 1 cup grated cheese
  • 1/3 cup milk

Instructions

  1. Arrange frozen crispy potato crowns on the bottom of an 8 x 8-inch baking dish.
  2. Bake at 350°F for 10 minutes.
  3. Mix browned ground beef, chopped broccoli, and Durkee onion rings; pour onto the potatoes.
  4. Mix celery soup, milk, and grated cheese to create a sauce.
  5. Pour the cheese sauce over the beef mixture.
  6. Cover and bake at 350°F for 25 minutes.
  7. Uncover, top with remaining cheese and onion rings.
  8. Bake for another 5 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
