Creamy chocolate peanut butter filling sandwiched between graham crackers creates a frozen treat perfect for hot days or anytime you crave a sweet, satisfying snack.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups cold skim milk
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 small package instant chocolate pudding
  • 24 graham crackers

Instructions

  1. Add milk gradually to peanut butter in a deep narrow bowl, blending until smooth.
  2. Add pudding mix to the mixture.
  3. Beat slowly with a hand beater or at the lowest speed of an electric mixer for 2 minutes or until well blended.
  4. Spread the filling 1/2-inch thick on 12 of the graham crackers.
  5. Place the remaining crackers on top of the filled crackers to make sandwiches.
  6. Wrap the sandwiches and freeze until firm, about 2 hours.
