Frozen Puddingwiches

- Add milk gradually to peanut butter in a deep narrow bowl, blending until smooth.
- Add pudding mix to the mixture.
- Beat slowly with a hand beater or at the lowest speed of an electric mixer for 2 minutes or until well blended.
- Spread the filling 1/2-inch thick on 12 of the graham crackers.
- Place the remaining crackers on top of the filled crackers to make sandwiches.
- Wrap the sandwiches and freeze until firm, about 2 hours.
