Ingredients

  • 2 c. cottage cheese (large curd)
  • 2/3 c. skim milk
  • 2 tsp. chives
  • 2 tsp. lemon juice
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • mandarin oranges
  • orange segments
  • strawberries
  • pineapple cubes
  • seedless grapes

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients except fruits in a blender until smooth, about 1 minute.
  2. Cover and chill for 3 to 4 hours.
  3. To serve, mound the cheese dip in a small bowl and place on a tray.
  4. Surround the dip with mandarin oranges, orange segments, strawberries, pineapple cubes, and seedless grapes.
