A refreshing fruit and pudding salad combining creamy vanilla and tapioca flavors with juicy pineapple, oranges, and bananas, perfect for a light dessert or summer gathering.

Ingredients

  • 3 oz. pkg. tapioca pudding
  • 3 oz. pkg. vanilla pudding
  • 2 cans pineapple chunks, drained
  • drained juice from pineapple cans
  • water to make 2 cups of liquid

Instructions

  1. Bring the drained pineapple juice and water mixture to a boil.
  2. Add the tapioca and vanilla pudding packages and stir until thickened.
  3. Let the pudding mixture cool completely.
  4. Add the drained pineapple chunks and mandarin oranges to the pudding.
  5. Cover and refrigerate the mixture overnight.
  6. Before serving, add sliced bananas to the chilled fruit pudding mixture.
