Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. spice cake mix
  • 1 c. orange peel
  • 1 c. lemon peel
  • 1/2 c. citron
  • 2 c. red cherries
  • 2 c. green cherries
  • 1 c. pineapple
  • 1 c. pecans
  • 1/2 c. white raisins
  • 1 box white frosting
  • 2 c. coconut

Instructions

  1. Bake the spice cake according to the package directions and let it cool.
  2. Crumble the baked cake into a large mixing bowl.
  3. Add orange peel, lemon peel, citron, red cherries, green cherries, pineapple, pecans, white raisins, and white frosting to the crumbled cake.
  4. Mix thoroughly until all ingredients are well combined.
  5. Roll the mixture into small balls.
  6. Roll each ball in coconut to coat.
