Ingredients

  • 1 qt. ground green tomatoes
  • 1 1/2 qt. ground apples
  • 3 c. brown sugar
  • 3 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 lb. raisins
  • 1/4 c. vinegar
  • 1 tsp. ground cloves
  • salt to taste

Instructions

  1. In a pan, mix all ingredients together.
  2. Bring to a brisk boil, then simmer for 10 minutes.
  3. Pour into clean jars.
  4. Water bath for 10 minutes (optional).
