Ingredients

  • 4 cups cooked fruit
  • 1/2 cup light cream
  • 6 slices toast
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Prepare the fruit by stewing dried or fresh fruit and draining if necessary.
  2. Lightly toast the bread slices.
  3. Layer the cooked fruit and toasted bread slices in a serving dish.
  4. Whisk the light cream with cinnamon and pour over the assembled layers.
  5. Chill slightly before serving for best flavor.
