- Grease the bottom only of a 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan.
- Chop the fruit cocktail and drain thoroughly.

- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan.
- Bake until a wooden pick inserted in the center comes out clean, about 50 to 55 minutes.
- Cool the bread for 10 minutes.
