Fruit Congealed Salad

Ingredients

  • 2 pkg. strawberry gelatin
  • 1 c. boiling water
  • 2 (10 oz.) pkg. strawberries
  • 3 medium bananas
  • 1 c. chopped nuts
  • 1 pt. sour cream
  • 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple

Instructions

  1. Dissolve gelatin in water.
  2. Fold in remaining ingredients except sour cream.
  3. Pour 1/2 mixture into dish and let set. Spread sour cream over congealed gelatin and top with remaining mixture.
