Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp. soda
  • 3/4 c. nuts
  • 1 1/4 c. (10 oz.) frozen strawberries, partially thawed (undrained)
  • 1 1/3 c. (11 oz.) mandarin oranges (undrained)
  • 1 1/2 c. coconut

Instructions

  1. Grease the baking pan.
  2. Combine all-purpose flour, sugar, baking soda, nuts, frozen strawberries (partially thawed), mandarin oranges, and their juices in a mixing bowl.
  3. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
  4. Sprinkle the coconut over the top of the batter.
  5. Bake at 350°F (175°C) until done, about 30 minutes.
