Ingredients

  • 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 1 c. dairy sour cream
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • 9-inch graham cracker crust
  • 16 or 17 oz. jar fresh citrus fruit
  • 5 Tbsp. orange marmalade

Instructions

  1. Combine cream cheese, sour cream, sugar, and vanilla; beat until smooth and pour into the graham cracker crust.
  2. Bake at 375°F for 20 minutes or until just set; then cool.
  3. Drain fruits thoroughly and arrange in a circle on the chilled pie.
  4. Stir the orange marmalade; spoon over the fruits to glaze.
