Ingredients

  • 1 package sausage
  • 1 package crescent rolls
  • 1 package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 package frozen broccoli
  • 1 small can mushrooms
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 package shredded Cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Cook the sausage until browned.
  2. Drain excess fat from the sausage.
  3. Add chopped onion, mushrooms, and frozen broccoli to the sausage.
  4. Cook until the broccoli is thawed and tender.
  5. Drain the mixture and remove from heat.
  6. Stir in softened cream cheese until well blended.
  7. Roll out the crescent rolls on a baking sheet.
  8. Spoon the sausage mixture down the center of the crescent roll sheet.
  9. Top the sausage mixture with shredded Cheddar cheese.
  10. Fold the crescent roll edges over the filling and seal to enclose.
  11. Bake according to the crescent roll package instructions until golden brown.
