Ingredients

  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 c. cooking oil
  • 1 c. milk
  • 3 c. flour
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 4 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 c. fruit (any variety: blueberries, apples, banana, peach, raspberries)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°. Beat eggs, oil and milk together. Add flour, sugar and baking powder. Fold in your favorite fruit.
  2. Pour into greased muffin tins. Bake 15 to 20 minutes.
