Ingredients

  • 1 lb. graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 1 bag marshmallows
  • 3 lb. candied cherries and pineapple
  • 3 lb. nuts (pecans or walnuts)
  • 1 bag coconut

Instructions

  1. Melt the margarine and marshmallows together until smooth.
  2. Add the graham cracker crumbs to the melted mixture and stir well.
  3. Fold in the candied cherries, pineapple, and nuts until evenly combined.
  4. Shape the mixture into logs about 3 inches long.
  5. Roll the logs in shredded coconut to coat.
  6. Wrap tightly in plastic wrap or foil and store.
