Creamy and fruity parfaits layered with orange, banana, pineapple, marshmallows, and whipped topping, perfect for a refreshing dessert or light snack for gatherings or family treats.

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp frozen orange juice concentrate
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1/2 cup whipped topping
  • 1 orange peeled, sectioned, and cut up
  • 1 banana sliced
  • 1/3 cup marshmallows
  • 1/2 cup pineapple chunks

Instructions

  1. Combine frozen orange juice concentrate and sugar, mixing well.
  2. Fold in whipped topping until smooth.
  3. In another bowl, combine orange segments, sliced banana, and pineapple chunks.
  4. In two parfait glasses, alternate layers of fruit mixture, marshmallows, and whipped topping mixture; repeat layers.
  5. Chill the parfaits in the refrigerator before serving.
  6. Top with a maraschino cherry if desired.
