A light, fruity dessert featuring creamy vanilla pudding layered with fresh fruit and topped with whipped cream, perfect for summer gatherings or casual family treats.

Ingredients

  • 1 3/4 cups cold milk
  • 1 tablespoon orange juice
  • 1 package vanilla instant pudding and pie filling (4 servings)
  • 1 cup thawed Cool Whip

Instructions

  1. Pour cold milk and orange juice into a bowl.
  2. Add the vanilla instant pudding mix.
  3. Beat slowly on the lowest speed for 1 minute.
  4. Add 1 cup of thawed Cool Whip and beat for 1 minute longer.
  5. Arrange fresh fruit in a large serving bowl.
  6. Cover the top of the bowl with the pudding mixture.
  7. Garnish with 2 to 3 strawberries and a large spoonful of pudding mixture.
  8. Keep refrigerated until ready to serve.
