Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 15 oz. fruit cocktail (undrained)
  • 2 1/4 c. cake flour or 2 c. regular flour
  • 1 1/2 tsp. soda
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/2 c. nuts
  • coconut
  • 1/4 c. evaporated milk

Instructions

  1. Beat eggs and sugar until light and fluffy.
  2. Add rest of ingredients and pour into large, greased cake pan.
  3. Bake at 350°.
