Ingredients

  • 1 (3 oz.) package lemon flavored gelatin
  • 2 cups ice cubes
  • 1 (8 oz.) container sour cream
  • 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges, drained
  • 1/4 cup chopped walnuts

Instructions

  1. Use 3/4 cup pineapple and orange juice; bring to a boil and add to the gelatin powder.
  2. Add ice cubes; stir for 5 minutes until the mixture thickens.
  3. Remove the ice cubes from the gelatin.
  4. Stir in the sour cream until well combined.
  5. Reserve 1/2 cup pineapple, 1/4 cup oranges, and 1 tablespoon walnuts for garnish.
  6. Stir the remaining fruit and walnuts into the gelatin mixture with marshmallows.
  7. Top with the reserved fruit and nuts.
  8. Refrigerate for 4 hours before serving.
