- Use 3/4 cup pineapple and orange juice; bring to a boil and add to the gelatin powder.
- Add ice cubes; stir for 5 minutes until the mixture thickens.
- Remove the ice cubes from the gelatin.
- Stir in the sour cream until well combined.
- Reserve 1/2 cup pineapple, 1/4 cup oranges, and 1 tablespoon walnuts for garnish.
- Stir the remaining fruit and walnuts into the gelatin mixture with marshmallows.
- Top with the reserved fruit and nuts.
- Refrigerate for 4 hours before serving.
