Ingredients

  • 2 cans fruit cocktail in unsweetened juice
  • 1 can pineapple chunks in its own juice
  • 2 bananas, sliced
  • 1 large box Nutra-Sweet vanilla instant pudding
  • 1/2 cup pecans (optional)

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
  2. Do not drain the fruit; add the cans with their juice.
  3. Add the dry vanilla pudding mix directly to the fruit mixture.
  4. Stir gently to combine all ingredients evenly.
  5. Refrigerate for 1 hour before serving.
