Instructions
- Heat the pineapple juice (about 9 ounces) in a double boiler.
- Mix together eggs, flour, and sugar until well combined.
- Add the egg mixture to the hot pineapple juice and cook until thickened.
- Refrigerate the sauce until chilled.
- Before serving, fold in Cool Whip, adding more or less than 1 cup according to taste.
