Ingredients

  • 16 oz. can crushed pineapple in its own juice
  • 3 ripe bananas
  • 5 cups orange juice

Instructions

  1. Mash the bananas.
  2. Add the crushed pineapple and orange juice.
  3. Pour the mixture into a 9 x 9-inch baking pan or ice cube trays and freeze.
  4. Take it out of the freezer 15 minutes before serving so it can thaw to a slushy stage.
  5. Serve as a breakfast dish or a snack.
