Ingredients

  • 1 cup (8 oz.) yogurt
  • 1 cup milk or flavored juice
  • 1 large banana, sliced
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients, except the ice cubes, into the container of an electric blender and blend on high until smooth.
  2. While the blender is running, add 2 to 3 ice cubes at a time through the center opening in the lid.
  3. After all the ice cubes are added, blend until smooth.
