Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb. margarine
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 can pie filling
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 c. flour

Instructions

  1. Cream margarine and sugar, then add vanilla.
  2. Add eggs and mix well.
  3. Stir in flour and mix until combined.
  4. Spread 3/4 of the batter in a greased 13 x 9-inch pan.
  5. Cover with pie filling and add the rest of the batter on top.
  6. Bake at 350°F for 50 minutes.
  7. When cool, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
