Ingredients

  • 2 lb. raisins
  • 1 lb. figs
  • 1 lb. dates
  • 2 lb. dried apples, apricots or peaches

Instructions

  1. Grind and mix all the prepared dried fruits.
  2. Form the mixture into 1-inch rolls.
  3. Roll the fruit rolls in powdered sugar, coconut, and ground walnuts.
  4. Slice into pieces and serve.
  5. Optionally, mix whole walnuts with the fruit mixture before shaping.
