Fruit tacos are a fun, colorful dessert featuring creamy pudding, fresh fruit, and sweet toppings wrapped in crunchy taco shells, perfect for parties or family treats.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups cold milk
  • 1 (4-serving size) package Jell-O instant pudding
  • 1 3/4 cups Cool Whip
  • 8 taco shells
  • 2 cups cut-up fruit

Instructions

  1. Pour 1 1/2 cups cold milk into a bowl.
  2. Add the pudding mix to the milk.
  3. Beat until well blended and let stand for 5 minutes.
  4. Gently stir the whipped topping into the pudding until the mixture is a uniform color.
  5. Spoon an equal amount of pudding mixture into each taco shell.
  6. Top with cut-up fruit and sprinkle coconut on top.
  7. Finally, drizzle chocolate syrup over the filling.
